Humam Safi – Managing Partner 

Humam Safi is a strategic planning and corporate performance expert, working in the region of the Middle East and North Africa on the formulation of corporate, business functional and planning strategies and designing methodologies for strategy implementation including balanced scorecards, in addition to the tools needed to monitor and control the progression of strategy implementation. 

In addition to the vast experience in performing Organizational Assessment and Development, Corporate Governance, Structuring and Restructuring, developing Policies and Procedures, designing and implementing Human Resources Management Systems including but not limited to: Job Descriptions, Communication Flow System, Recruitment and Selection, Authorities and Responsibilities Matrices, Internal Regulations, HR Manuals, Training Needs Assessment, Competency Framework, Compensation and Benefits System, Performance Appraisals and Motivation and Incentives Systems. 

A holder of a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, and a certified Balanced Scorecards Professional, Humam has worked on consulting assignments with several industries and sectors including: Government, Banking, Conglomerates, Real Estate, Information Technology and Communication, Aviation and Airlines, Automotive, Media and Broadcasting, Engineering and Contracting, Food and Beverage, Mining, Manufacturing, Utilities, Trading, and Education.

Mr. Safi has been the HR Advisor for Royal Jordanians Airline since 2013 till 2016.

Anas Allan – Manager

Anas has 8 years of experience in the field of Management and Human Resource Systems Design, Organization Structuring / Restructuring, Job Analysis, Job Design, Job Descriptions, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisal, Training, Incentives and Motivation System, Workload Assessment, and Human Resources Policies & Procedures.
 
Building business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients, following up new business opportunities and conducting meetings with clients, Communicating new service developments to prospective clients.
 
Experience covers a wide range of local and regional projects for various industrial sectors.

Zaid Al-Habash – Consulting Manager

Zaid is an experienced professional in various aspects of Management Consulting Service with more than 7 years of experience, throughout the last years of his experience; his major focus was on Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits Systems Development, Process Improvements and Development. Zaid worked with variety of organizations in the MENA region through which he gained significant experience in Strategic Planning, Work Load Assessment, Manpower Planning, Organizational Development, Business Process Re-engineering, Policies & Procedures Manuals Development, Job Description Cards Development, Gap Analysis, SWOT and PEST Analysis, etc. 

Zaid has managed many management consulting assignments and was in the leading role for Local, Regional and international Firms, where his exposure led him to deal with different industries such as: Manufacturing, Medical, Telecommunication, Logistics, Aerospace, Cargo & Shipment, Service Firms, Governmental Institutions and many more. During his project assignments, he managed to help clients in articulating their strategic directions from a business perspective, in addition to developing their business infrastructure, and enhancing the effectiveness of their business policies and procedures, in order for all aspects to be aligned with each firm’s mission, values and goals.

Yazan Abdelhadi – Management Consultant

Yazan has 3 years of experience in performing Organizational Assessment and Development, Structuring and Restructuring, designing and developing Authorities and Responsibilities Matrices, Job Description Cards, Policies and Procedures Manual(s) for functions, Compensation and Benefits System, and Competency Framework, among other Human Resources Management Systems.
